Important Update on Sintratec Operations

As a dedicated provider of pioneering 3D printing solutions, 3DChimera has always sought to bring the most innovative and reliable technologies to our community. It is with a heavy heart that we share the news regarding one of our esteemed partners, Sintratec, a Swiss-based leader in Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology.

Recently, Sintratec announced that they would be ceasing operations due to bankruptcy. This decision comes as a significant shock to us and the 3D printing community at large, given Sintratec’s reputation for quality and innovation in the field of SLS printing.

We want to assure our customers and partners that 3DChimera is committed to providing ongoing support, materials, and maintenance for all existing Sintratec customers in the USA. We are also taking responsibility for assisting Sintratec customers outside of Europe, excluding European customers who will be supported by Kreos, a company based in France.

"We recognize the challenges this announcement may bring, and I want to personally assure you that we are here to support every one of our customers through this transition," said Alex Hussain, CEO of 3DChimera. "Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your needs are met with the highest level of service and support."

We are actively working on solutions to ensure that your 3D printing operations continue smoothly and without interruption. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transitional period and are here to assist with any service needs or questions about existing Sintratec equipment.

For more information or immediate concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@3dchimera.com or reach out to Alex directly at alex.hussain@3dchimera.com. We thank you for your continued trust and look forward to navigating this change together, with your interests always at the forefront.

Connecting Multiple AMS Units to the H2D? No Hub Required.

One of the most common questions we get about the Bambu Lab H2D is: “Do I need an AMS Hub or buffer to run multiple AMS units?” The answer is simple: No.

The Real Price of a Small Breakdown

Sometimes it is not the big failures that cost the most. A $5 part goes out, you shift resources, and think you have it covered. Days later, you realize the “workaround” created a bottleneck. Now your most profitable line is running slow, and every day down costs $20,000 in lost profit.
