Designed for both everyday and engineering-grade materials, the PRO4 reaches temperatures up to 85°C, adds real-time humidity monitoring, and allows you to print directly from the dryer.
Whether you're printing with Nylon, PETG, TPU, PVA, or other hygroscopic materials, the PRO4 helps reduce moisture-related issues such as poor surface finish, stringing, bubbling, inconsistent extrusion, and reduced mechanical performance.

Why Dry Your Filament?
Many 3D printing materials absorb moisture directly from the air. Once moisture enters the filament, it can cause popping or bubbling during extrusion, excessive stringing, rough surface finish, poor layer adhesion, and reduced part strength.
This is especially important when working with materials such as Nylon, carbon fiber- and glass fiber-filled Nylon, TPU, TPE, PVA, and PETG.
The PrintDry PRO4 lets you actively dry material before printing and continue feeding it directly from the heated chamber during the print, helping maintain consistent material condition from the beginning of the job to the end.
Large Spool Kit – Optional
Need to dry larger-format spools? The optional Large Spool Kit expands the PRO4 to accommodate filament spools weighing up to 5 kg / 11 lb with an outside diameter of up to 300 mm / 12 inches.
It's an ideal option for production environments and users running larger-volume filament spools.
Additional Chamber Kit – Optional
Expand your PRO4 with an Additional Chamber Kit to dry and feed two additional standard spools, increasing capacity from two to four 1 kg spools.
The PRO4's modular chamber design allows additional chambers to be stacked when greater capacity is required. PrintDry recommends using no more than two Additional Chamber Kits per dryer to maintain optimal temperature performance and stability.
