File Requirements
Your production-ready STEP file must include:
- Complete jaw geometry
- Required mounting features
- Finished part profile
- Appropriate clearances and tolerances
CAD design, engineering changes, and jaws larger than 6 inches require a custom quote.
Polymer soft jaws are not direct replacements for metal jaws in every application. The customer is responsible for determining appropriate clamping forces, machining parameters, and suitability for the intended application.
